TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Alabama baseball has been postponed until at least March 30th, 2020. The Southeastern Conference (SEC) released a series of statements Thursday afternoon that stated multiple tournaments and all athletics will be put on hold.
From the Southeastern Conference
"Based on the latest developments and the continued spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Southeastern Conference today announced the suspension of regular-season competition for teams in all sports on SEC campuses, as well SEC championship events, until March 30."
The University of Alabama Athletics Department has not released any statements as to whether or not spring practices will still continue as normal.
